The Air Duct guarantees a smooth and solid intake airflow, therefore improving the performance of the motorcycle. The air duct supplied by us is lighter, simpler and nicer in design than the original. All this at a significantly lower price. Material used: Standard is GFK polished fiberglass in color black RAL 9005 1x K-K (Kevlar-Carbon) reinforcement at the place of inserting the pipe on the fairing and into the frame of the motorcycle. The air duct can also be made of K-K (kevlar-carbon) transparent – 2x layer of visible K-K and 1x K-K (kevlar-carbon) reinforcement at the place of insertion of the pipe on the fairing and into the motorcycle frame. CFK carbon transparent – 2x layer of exposed carbon and 1x K-K (kevlar-carbon) reinforcement in the place of inserting the pipe on the fairing and into the frame of the motorcycle. The heat resistance of the material used is 100 ? C.

Material used: GFK FLEXI fiberglass in white RAL 9003 3 x K-K (Kevlar-Carbon) reinforcements at the attachment point. The heat resistance of the material is 100 ? C. Fiberglass has a standard RAL 9003 white color in the GFK base material and is UV stable, so there is no need to paint. All parts are ready to use. The fairing holes are not pre-drilled but indicated. Why fiberglass fairings? They mean up to 50% weight savings over original ABS bodywork and are considerably cheaper in case of a crash on the track and replacement. They are more flexible and easier to install on a motorcycle.
