Rear seat unit Racing – Aprilia RSV 4 2009 – 2014

The Rear Seat Unit Racing is designed for motorcycle using a Seat Foam pad or external racing seat. Part of the rear part is also the left and right part under the tank and 2x Dzus fasteners. Material used: GFK FLEXI fiberglass in white RAL 9003 3 x K-K (Kevlar-Carbon) reinforcements at the place of attachment. The heat resistance of the material used is 100 ° C. Fiberglass has a standard RAL 9003 white color in the GFK base material and is UV stable, so there is no need to paint. All parts are ready to use. The fairing holes are not pre-drilled but indicated. Why laminate fairings? They mean up to 50% weight savings over original ABS bodywork and are considerably cheaper. They are more flexible and easier to install on a motorcycle.
